Our most important objective is to give our customers total satisfaction. When thinking about making a reservation and before filling out your booking form, keep in mind the following points:

2. Once we have confirmed availability, fill in the reservation form (below). Your reservation will be encrypted and sent through INTERNETSECURE for your security. Your reservation form should be sent as soon as possible to ensure the best services. We also require a service reservation deposit of 50% of the total tour cost to maintain your reservations, the balances can be paid upon arrival.
We need to receive your reservation forms and reservation deposits at least 30 days before the start of the tour.

4. Once we receive the notice of your reservation deposit, we will send you the confirmation of your reservation and receipt of the payment, including the bank authorization number.
5. Modifications (changes of reservation) are allowed up to 15 days before the start of the tour after the date on which we reserve the right to accept the modification according to the availability of accommodation and / or services.
6. Cancellations received 15 or more days before the start of the tour will result in the refund of the reservation deposit minus the referral fee and / or bank transfer charges. After 15 or less days before the start of the tour, no reservation deposit will be refunded.

Below you will find our registration form. To fill out the registration form correctly and easily, follow these steps:
1. Select in our price list of "Tour Packages" and "Short Tours" the service (s) you wish to take.
2. Identify in your Reservation Form your selected service (s) and write in the corresponding box, the type of service that must be provided, "shared" or "private".
3. Write in the following table the total number of participants that will participate in the selected services / s.
4. Identify in our tour packages and individual tours the price list of the price per person corresponding to your selected service (s) and write it in the corresponding box.
5. Multiply the part number and price per person and enter this amount in the Total cost per service box.
6. Add all the amounts that appear in the Total Cost per Service column and enter this amount in the Total Cost of Trip box.
7. Multiply this amount by 50% and write it in the total deposit box of the reservation. This amount must be paid in advance before your arrival, either by bank transfer or with a VISA credit card.
8. Enter the remaining balance amount in the Balance box. This amount will be paid upon arrival.
9. Check your Reservation Form to see if there are errors and press the Send button, we will receive your Reservation Form instantly. We suggest that you print a copy of your reservation form and keep it with you. Once we receive the notice of your reservation deposit, we will send you the confirmation of your reservation and the payment receipt, including the bank authorization number..
